I have forgot my password how do i reset it?

To reset your password click the reset my password button under the sign in area and simply type in your email address and an email will be sent out with your password. If you have any issues contact our customer service team we will be happy to help

Can you delivery bikes?
We can deliver purchased bikes within 5 miles of the shop free off charge. If you live between 5 - 10 miles we can still deliver however there is a delivery charge please contact us if you require this service, we will advise you on the additional cost for delivery.

How do i know what size bike would fit me?
If you are unsure of the correct size of bike you need you can either go to our Sizing guide page or contact us for help and advice.

How do i pre-order a product?
If a product is not yet on sale or is currently out of stock and you would like to pre-order it please contact our customer service and we will be able to process your pre-order request.

How long do out of stock items take to restock?
We try to make sure we always keep plenty of stock but on occasions items do go out of stock, in this case most items will be restocked within a week however some may take longer. to make sure you do not miss out on your item click the back in stock alert button next to the item to get an email alert when the item is back in stock.

Repairs and Servicing
Do you also service or repair bikes?

We do service and repair bikes for both private and organisations. For more information on these services please Click the Workshop page or contact us using the details on our contact us page.

Can i book a service or repair on the website?
You can book services through the website on our book a service page and filling in your details. 

Does the mobile repair service take card?
Yes our mechanic do carry secure card payment devices. Please note there is a 50p charge to process card payments for the mobile repair service.

How quickly can i get my bike fixed?
In the case of minor repairs we do our best to get your bike back to you the same day however these can vary during busy periods, You can guarantee your service or repair is completed the same day by booking in advanced. please note if additional parts need to be special ordered the repair may take longer.
